This formula will remove the last space from each entry - =IF(MID (A2,LEN(A2)-1,LEN(A2))="",A2=MID(A2,1,LEN(A2)-1),A2) I used the first row and column of numbers which in your sheet is A2. Change A2 for B2 for the second column. Copy and paste this to each row in columns C and D your spreadsheet.
Not sure why you're getting this problem. How are you getting the number into the spreadsheet?
