Dear All,

I need a quick advise , I have created an excel file and saved the same in
the intranet of my company, this excel file would be accessed and updated by
2 employees on a daily basis , Can any one please advise me
what are the precautions I should take when 2 employees have access to the
file

It may be too basic, but I need this urgently !
