Hi all - I'm looking for some help with a macro, or at least a
starting point...

Sample data shown below.  Very simple.  Every OS has a "newline
character" after it (\n).  If there are multiple OSes in one row, they
are delimited by the newline character as well.  I find it easy to
strip the newline characters, but in addition I need some code to
separate each OS onto a new row of its own.  So for example, the CISCO
example below (6th in this list), would need to be 3 separate rows
looking like:

CISCO IOS 12.1
CISCO IOS 12.2
CISCO IOS 12.3

Can anyone help me out here?  Thanks a ton!
