Hi Sandip, To refresh the pivot , you just need to right click & refresh the pivot. If you want, i can give you a macro which will automatically refresh the pivot.
Formula & macro will make your life difficult as you will need to update the formula & macro every-time a new company is added. Let us know if you still have any questions.
