Hi guys,

I am doing some financials of a small company with less than 50 transaction
per year. Well it's very small and I don't think I have to buy a fully
functioning accounting software, it will not be worth it. I am therefore
turning for your help in this regard. Is there someone who has developed
any excel that can sort me out with this.
I have tried making a spreadsheet with the cash book as the main sheet.
Whenever I update the cashbook, then I ought to effect the transaction in
respective income, expenses, liability or asset account. The problem is
automation......how could I automate so that if I enter a code for the
transaction, it automatically posts in the correct account and also for the
entries to be in sequential manner.
I need your help guys.

Regards
