You may use below formula to get desired output :
=TEXT(DATE(LEFT(B1,4),MID(B1,5,2),MID(B1,7,2)),"dd/mm/yyyy")& "-"&
TEXT(DATE(MID(B1,12,4),MID(B1,16,2),MID(B1,18,2)),"dd/mm/yyyy")

* The above formula use the input in cell B1.
