I want to force numbers in a combined text number column to look like text but be sorted as numbers. I tried the cell select and changed format of column to text but when I try and export the data to a specialized program like Monarch Pro V 10.5
Monarch interprets the numbers as numbers and in a column mixed with alphabetic cells converts them to a (Null) and I lose the data number in the excel cells which I want to be forced as text. I have no problem when I have excel files with numbers in the column that have the green error flag. on the cells containing numbers only. Import works greatt and the numbers are not converted to nulls.
