Hi Ahmed, I've taken a look at your file, and after a little consideration, I think it would be best done with VBA rather than worksheet functions. You ok with that?

If an employee got any change in the salary in any month of 2009 then for the rest of the months the salary will be continuing else the previous years last drawn salary will be there in the months, if an employee didnot got any increment in any of the month of year 2009 theb the last drawn salary will be continuing.
