Hi Ahmed,

I've taken a look at your file, and after a little consideration, I think it 
would be best done with VBA rather than worksheet functions. You ok with that?

Problem Statement :
 
I need salaries of the employees for the Year 2009 month wise, the salaries of 
the employees for the last years is mentioned in the data. If an employee got 
any change in the salary in any month of 2009 then for the rest of the months 
the salary will be continuing else the previous years last drawn salary will be 
there in the months, if an employee didnot got any increment in any of the 
month of year 2009 theb the last drawn salary will be continuing.

Formula to solve the requirement

2 sheets are there 1 sheet contains Raw Data and 2nd sheet needs the Output.
