The formula is a bit cumbersome, but I couldn't think how to make it any shorter in XL2003. (XL2007 has a new function called IFERROR, which is very useful and would cut the formula length almost in half) The formulas are array, so they're entered with Shift+Ctrl+Enter, which automatically puts in the curley brackets and makes them work properly.
