You can hide a worksheet.

But you can not protect it with password a worksheet.

I can propose a turn around method.

You can protect your VBA Code using password.
1. Protect the VBA code with password.
2. Write code to Hide the sheet when the workbook is open & close.
3. Create a UserForm for entering the password.
4. Then check this password against your keyword and make the
worksheet visible.
