Thanks Vaibhav, It was great but I discussed with my boss. He said we need salary slip in separate files so is it possible that as we click on the micro first it create a new file after it send in e-mail id(and password also be implements).because employee print out it.and accounts deptt also need the separate files for every employee in particular months.
