Sir, Thanks for the solution.However, unique records are not as required.This is due to the fact that you have considered all column e.g. Basic, Ser Wght, FPI, WRI,DPAY etc, whereas required unique records is for Basic records only for particular column.
The solution suggested by you is very innovative and i would apply the same. I once again thanks for the courteous support.
