an *array formula*  =IFERROR(INDIRECT(C3)," ") is written in a range  C5:H20
at once !!

about array formula:

but before you do it, you have to  define some NAME in sheet GROUP, *
manually*
e.g.:
range  B3:G17    as  SHARIFA
range  B18:G16  as NEELAM
and so on
