I am not sure how many rows you have, hence came up with following:-

For i = 1 To Range("b65536").End(xlUp).Row
If IsError(Selection) = True Then
Range("b3").Value = InputBox("Enter you value", "Input reqd")
End If
ActiveCell.Offset(1, 0).Select
Next
End Sub
