Hi sundar here is the solution for all without array
Min (-)tive value =MIN(A1:A10)
Min (+)itive value
=SMALL(A1:A10,(COUNT(A1:A10)-COUNTIF(A1:A10,">=0")+1))
Max (-)tive value
=LARGE(A1:A10,(COUNT(A1:A10)-COUNTIF(A1:A10,"<0")+1))
Max (+)itive value =MAX(A1:A9)
