="Age is "&DATEDIF(C8,TODAY(),"y")&" Years, "&DATEDIF(C8,TODAY(),"ym")&"
Months and "&DATEDIF(C8,TODAY(),"md")&" Days"
For Example:Age is 51 Years, 8 Months and 7 Days
