Hi Try this In a excel file select any area Then start recording macro ( alt + t + m + r ) save macro in personal file Insure that you will not change selection before stop the macro recording Assign border to selection as per your req. Stop recording macro Press alt + f8 Select recorded macro Go to option assign a short cut key (I preferred shift + b ) Close option window And try short cut key on other selection Make sure to save personal file. So that you can enjoy same short cut key in future
