Does this have to be a formula or can you use macros?

Hi, further to my previous question,

I need one more help from you, since I am working on one Invoice, which require 
some modification. I have highlited the issue in callouts.

the major issue is to generate incremental Invoice no based on no of 
particulars mutiple itmes enterd in one invoice.

Hope I have put enough comment to give my thought, in case of any query related 
to issues please let me know.
