- Click on *Excel Office Button* - Click on the *Excel Options* button - Select the *Trust Center* tab - Click on the *Trust Center Settings…* button - Select the *Privacy Options* tab - Uncheck the *Remove personal information from file properties on save*box - Click *OK* twice
