You have asked twice and got no response.  If you give more information you
are more likely to get a response.

How are you listing the files?  Are you putting a listing in Excel?  Are
you doing it using VBA?  If so can we see the code?  If not can we see the
workbook?

Or are you referring to a directory listing in Windows explorer?

What operating system are you using?  What version?  What version of Excel?
 Have any changes been made to your system since last time you saw the list?
