Need help on counting the combiantion of medicine given to same patient for eg if NTG and Protonix is given together to same patient then i need to count how many patients have got the combination of NTG and Protonix.
A matrix has to be designed taking types of Medicine on column side and types of Medicine on row side , where each cell represent that how many time a particular combination of medicine is used.
