Dear experts!
the are two names i used and apply this formula using a wild card
=COUNTIF(C20:C21,"*a*") its gives me answer 2 instead of 5 because in
the given data there are 5 "a" instead of 2.

so any one could explain me why it is given 2 instead of 5?
does wildcard does not count all "a" or wat is the reason kindly expain me?
