Hi, The last idea as I still don't know how much the email client matters, I presume Puttu is using Outlook by default. As he doesn't specify it maybe the email client client doesn't matter, then it's just a question of sending email no matter the email domain name. In this case, the idea would be to use Google doc and gmail with Javascript, there he can have email sent at a time specified in the spreadsheet.
