Please use

 =Get.cell(21,indirect("RC[1]",)  and create Name range.

then use simple

=SUMPRODUCT(($A$5:$A$9=FALSE)*(C5:C9))

or

=SUMIF($A$5:$A$9,FALSE,C5:C9)
