Dear Ashish Pradhan,

 Don't use two versions of Excel in one Machine. If you, install two 
versions of excel in your machine, your PC is not working properly. 2010 
version is better option & it is easy to use & If you want to replace your 
excel version, there is no "Version Clash issues" and you will be easy to 
open any excel file.
