Hi Pravin,

We can not work with protected workbook . We can only work with file which 
is unprotected but yes, we can work with any macro enabled workbook which 
is protected  but in this case we need unprotect the sheet before doing 
anything and then protect it once we complete. we can protect the sheet or 
workbook by a macro code or manually .
