we can do the same in another way with a simple approch just Insert a 
columns at A1 then Concatenate Column(Abcde)
and apply this formula

=INDEX($A$1:$AF$83,MATCH($Z$8&$AA$8&AD10&$AE$8,$A$1:$A$83,0),MATCH($AB$8,$A$1:$F$1,0))
