Respected Vikas, Select the sheet and go to the format tab then protection tab of the dialiog box and remove the checkmarks for locked and hidden boxes.T hen select the cell for which that contain the formulas,then go gain to the format tab and recheck the locked and hidden boxes.Now,go to the review menu and protect the sheet with password.Locking and hiding have no use unless a sheet or workbook is protected.Then you will have your formulas hidden and locked.
