Hello All, I have attached one excel file in which one column is source and other in target, for XXX in target suppose transalation is given, for the source which have blank in front of it copy the source and hide the all text except the text just copied. Can any one help to create macro to work on many files. This is really urgent. I have attached source and Expected target. Regards, Sandy
