You have to put acrobat reader exe path in coding.

Thanks for the reply. I had check the Excel sheet on windows XP and it's
working fine, But i have instilled Windows 7 -64 Bit. In windows 7 64 bit it
shows same error. Hence request you to kindly assist/ Guide me for howto
opening the same on Windows 7 - 64 bit.
