the workbook in which the menu form exist is simply for the menu and forms.. all the other workbooks exist seperately. These workbooks have been used by the company for years, and it would be too much work to try to combine them all into one workbook in order to make it more simple for coding. So there must be a way to do it. Its all excel, and its all micrsoft and windows..So there must be a way to access various workbooks and form from each other. If you can create code to access and share data from excel to access..then you should be able to to create code to access various workbooks within excel.
