I know this might be the out of topic requirement. However, I need a excel job evaluation for technical positions in my company. Example is below. I want the complete evaluation sheet with the benchmark from which candidate can be selected. Content Ratings Severity Total Explanation of the content Stability 1 / 5 / 10 (just random example 1 (Low) 5 (Average) 10 (High) Ratings x Severity Is candidate stable. Is past experience and current answers justify your ratings Technical Soundness 5 10 50 If not 10 then Why?
