I'm sorry, but you haven't asked a question! 

You've merely stated that you have a listbox populated with the column headings 
from another file, and the user can select multiple columns and have the data 
copied from the other file.

I have a question for you though:

Why not simply use the listbox to select the columns to display and hide those 
not selected?
