Have you noticed the "Forum Rules"?
the first one is really more of a suggestion:

1) Use concise, accurate thread titles. Poor thread titles, like Please Help,
Urgent, Need Help, Formula Problem, Code Problem, and Need Advice will not get
quick attention or may not be answered.

I get between 30 and 150 emails every day.
The ones for this group get automatically put into a "VBA-Macros" folder.

I usually only have an hour or so a day to "play",
so i look through recent postings for things that either seem challenging, or I
can quickly answer.
The first thing I do is sort by subject and look to see if a topic has been
answered, or if there remains some issues.
If it looks complete, then I delete the emails relating to it.
Then I delete all the ones that say "Please Help", "Please Solve" or "urgent".
(This one popped up once my folder was empty)

I figured anyone that can't take the time to write a clear subject is unlikely
to provide a clear explanation of what they need.
Or they expect ME to spend most of my hour just trying to figure out what they
want, leaving me no time to help with an answer.

Remember, you're trying to interest a bunch of people in taking part of THEIR
day to help you (free of charge) with a problem YOU are having.
You need to SELL it!

and... there goes my hour...

Paul
