Hi Paul I have read the solution you have provided but when I go to the C:\Users\[username]\AppData\ Local\Temp\Excel8.0 folder there is no file called MSForms.exd. I tried searching my computer for *.exd files and there is none present. I also tried to install one of the updates from Microsoft site but the problem still persists. So now I'm don't know what is wrong.
