Thank you for your reply Mandeep.  This is a time log to log activities 
with the 8 hour work day.  So  based on breaks and other tasks we 
determined that 7.25 should be the amount of hours that the employees will 
need to account for.  There are times when the Time Logs are missing 
hours...seems to be a habit.  The only sheets affected by this parameter 
should be the first 4...for the quarters of the year.  The others are 
administration documents.
