Technically, the answer to your question is "yes".
But not the way you intended it.this isn't a text box, or a shape with
text.It's a picture.
You can edit pictures by opening them (or copy/pasting them) into an editor
like Paint.
But, it's probably easier to simply create another picture and right-click to
select "Change Picture" to use the new picture.
(or delete it and use another method to create your title)
