Analyse the logs and provide tuning recommendations & strong in application profiling capabilities • Should have strong experience in Java coding ,code review and application configuration. Ability to review the design documents and give the recommendations • Should have experience in various performance tools • Should be quick learner • Should have experience in jboss or WebSphere configuration.
