 pronuntat  lasand problema deschisa. impotriva Unirii
 au fost  de la inceput  din motive lesne de
 inteles  Poarta si Austria. Ca urmare  la sugestia
 puterilor favorabile Unirii  Congresul a hotarat ca
 statutul Principatelor sa fie stabilit prin consultarea
 locuitorilor din cele doua tari. Poarta trebuia sa se
 ingrijeasca de convocarea  in cele doua
 Principate  a unor Adunari ad-hoc care urmau sa exprime
 vointa romanilor in chestiunea Unirii  nici una dintre
 puteri neavand dreptul sa intervina cu forta armata decat in
 urma unui acord general intre ele. in continuare  prin
 Tratatul de Pace incheiat la Paris  la 30 Martie
 1856  Principatele romane ramaneau sub suzeranitatea
 Portii  dar treceau  totodata  sub garantia
 colectiva a Puterilor semnatare  se stabilea libertatea
 de navigatie pe Dunare si se hotara crearea unei noi Comisii
 permanente  alcatuita din reprezentantii statelor
 riverane  se inapoiau Moldovei cele trei judete din
 sudul Basarabiei: Cahul  Ismail si Bolgrad  ce au
 constituit  timp de douazeci de ani  un permanent
 subiect de animozitate intre Rusia tarista si Principate. Se
 statua intrunirea la Bucuresti a unei Comisii alcatuite din
 reprezentantii celor sapte Mari Puteri pentru a cerceta
 starea interna a tarii si a face propuneri care priveau

Opera  teatrul liric . Cateva irsonalitati se impun publicului  chiar si celui 
international. Haricleea Darclae  ina de A o ysunt doua dintre vocile celebre

colaboreaza. La lasi  iavriil Musicescu imbina activitatea componistica cu cea 
pedagogica. Fara idoiala insa ca marele eveniment al istoriei muzicii romanesti 
este aparitia inarului George Enescu  care si-a uimit maestrii prin precocitate 
si o stralucita ariera internationala ca interpret  dirijor si compozitor.
