  uveranul era foarte constient ca  odata inceput
 razboiul cu U.R.S.S.  s-ar fi conturat imediat alte
 doua fronturi: cel cu Ungaria la apus si in sud cu Bulgaria.
 Era ceea ce nu dorea nici Germania  vital interesata ca
 Romania  potentiala baza de materii prime pentru
 razboiul din Rasarit  sa nu devina teatru de operatiuni
 militare.
