    Dear Paul Sir
    Good Morning
    Sorry for Late reply.

    Actually Index match is as
per my thinking formula it not
fix for this situation , you can also give another
  formula
    or option. I am
thinking index match formula match criteria field
  like
   year
    & net sales
& address find sheet name. So I ask for that.
  which I
    attached index
formula file for only your reference sheet where
  index
    match+indirect formula
extract data but internal sheet only & I want
  extract
   it
    external workbooks
    in folder.

    Step

    1)      Extract
All sheet from software in folder & next time
  only
    overwrite on it if any
    updation.

    2)      Create
One output sheet in folder where more than 100 sheets
  data
    extract
    fieldwise,yearwise & worksheets wise through
  formula
   OR
    VBA.

    3)      Suggest
    formula or VBA

    Regards

      OK.

      It

sounds like you're saying that you have some

reporting software that generates a report

      file.But

evidently I don't understand what it is you're

      trying to do.

      Can

you describe it step-by-step with examples? What

does the file generated by your software look

like?what do you do with it?

I have the two files you sent originally, but I

don't see what information is common between the
    two

files,so I don't know how you get from the

      "Index-Match" file to the "output"

      file. Paul--------------------

  in

    all

  (only

          OK,

I think I've worked through your

          requirements...You

have a folder with more than 100

      workBOOKS.Each

        workbook is

         for a specific company (AAB,

Infy, TATA, etc.)Each workbook has three

      workSHEETS

        (often

         called "Sheets" and are

          displayed as "tabs" across the

      bottom of the

          Excel window) for:Profit

          & loss A/CBalance

          SheetCash

          Flow

Your goal is to have a workbook with a

      Summary

          sheet thatshows specific data like:Net

          salesNet

          ProfitShare

          CapitalCashfrom each of the 100+

         workbooks----------------Your use of the

      =INDIRECT()

         function is nicely

done. Many users have difficulty with the

      concept of

          using cell values to "indirectly"

      refer to other

          worksheets.

However, in this case, I wouldn't

      recommend

          it.

As you no doubt are aware, you cannot use
  this

      to

          refer to a worksheet that doesn't exist.in
  the
   same

        way,

you CAN use this to refer to a

worksheet in another workbook, but the

      workbook must

        be

OPEN.That means that if your summary

sheet refers to sheets in 100 workbooks,
  all

      of the

workbooks would need to be open at the same

        time!Which

would require quite a bit in system

          resources.

this kind of thing can be easily done

          with VBA.

I can help with this if you'd

      like.I've done it

        before with

         nearly 300

          workbooks.

upa plebiscit  la jumatatea lui iunie 1864
Alexandru I. Cuza a facut o calatorie diplomatica la
Constantinopol  ocazie in care s-a bucurat din nou
 de o
primire deosebita  dar  a si desfasurat trei zile
discutii complicate cu reprezentantii puterilor care
 ii
  erau
ostile  rezultatele  consemnate in acordul din 28
iunie 1864  se aratau intru totul favorabile
 Romaniei.
  recunoasterea
   clara a autonomiei tarii.

adeseori diferite intre ele pana ia antagonism.
desprinderea definitiva  in aceasta perioada  de
mai vechiul complex al intrarii in
Europa   integrarea culturala in miscarea de
Abandonarea acestui vechi complex razbate deopotriva
desi in mod diferit  atat din demersurile intreprinse
religioase. Fara a urmari  programatic  o punere
chiar parte a sa  intr-o epoca in care locul Romaniei
in familia spiritualitatii europene constituia un adevar
 de
  la sine inteles.

conservatoare au disparut dupa 1918 de pe scena
 istoriei. Partidul Conservator Progresist reprezenta
interesele marilor proprietari funciari.
a obtinut nici un loc in Parlament.
