*Primary skills*:

   - .Net, Sql, and agile development.
   -  30% Dev, 30% testing of framework, 30% interfacing with end users.

*Responsibilities:*

·  Work within and across Agile/Scrum teams to design, develop, test,
implement and support product solutions

·  Assess technology issues and opportunities and make solution
recommendations – highly collaborative

·  Stay knowledgeable with the latest coding techniques and tools

·  Mentor junior developers and continuously improve software engineering
practices

·  Participate in code reviews, adopt internal application architecture
standards and solve unique or unanticipated technology problems.



*Qualifications:*

   - Experience with full testing lifecycle - unit, system / integration,
   regression, and system performance testing
   - Experience with Continuous Integration & Continuous Deployment –
   working knowledge of Development Operations best practices
   - Committed to Test Driven Development or a Test First coding discipline
   - Worked in an Agile/Scrum development process
   - Ability to present ideas and information in group settings and meeting
   facilitation skills
   - 4 year college degree
   - Strong skills and experience in each of the following:
   - .NET 4.5.1 or higher (C#) (minimum 2 years)
   - ASP.NET <http://asp.net/> MVC  (minimum 3 years)
   -  Visual Studio 2010 or higher (minimum 3 years)
   - MS SQL Server 2008 R2 or higher (minimum 1 year)
   - Testing framework (XUnit, NUnit, etc..) (minimum 3 years)
