*Duration              :               6+months*





*SCOPE OF SERVICES:*



·         Develop all integration components to meet business requirements
and in accordance with industry best practices, DoITT standards, and
Citywide security policies.

·         Participate in requirements discussions, and in the development
of system design.

·         Provide technical expertise, estimates, and recommendations to
the Development Lead and project management.

·         Develop, code, test, debug and document a SnapLogic integration
and .NET web Application

·         Design, create and update the standardized NIEM based XML data
models for data exchanges ensuring reusability while enabling consolidation
of data models.

·         Communicate risks and issues to the Development Lead.

·         Conduct Unit Testing, supporting Quality Assurance, and
coordination of defect remediation.

·         Document technical risks and issues, and actively work to
avoid/mitigate/resolve those risks.

·         Create documentation such as, but not limited to: Technical
Design, Security Accreditation, and Application Setup Instructions

·         Perform other duties as assigned



*MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE Note:*

Candidates who do not have the mandatory skills will not be considered

·         A minimum *8 years of .NET C# web development experience with at
least 1 year of hands-on experience in Snaplogic.*

·         Strong *knowledge of Azure Cloud services.*

·         Strong knowledge of *messaging middleware such as Websphere MQ;*

·         Strong knowledge of data integration technologies and processes.

·         Strong knowledge of *XML, XML Schema, XSD and XSLT/Path.*

·         Knowledge of *National Information Exchange Model (NIEM).*

·         Strong experience in MVC and using other design patterns.

·         Experience with relational *database such as Oracle, MS SQL
Server or MySQL*

·         Experience with testing tools and techniques and continuous
integration.

·         Experience with formal SDLCs and AGILE development methodologies.

·         Knowledge of secure coding standards and best practices.

·         Must have experience with Git, Subversion

·         Must be a team player who works well with technical and
non-technical resources

·         Must have good technical writing skills and be able to produce
clear documentation.


*DESIREABLE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:*



·         A Bachelors or Masters degree in MIS, Computer Science, or
equivalent experience is desired.

·         Good communication skills.

·         Experience using standard project tools including Microsoft
Project, Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint.

·         Knowledge of IBM Integration Bus is a plus.
