*Job Description*

•                     Client is seeking Business Analyst candidates with
exceptional communication and organizational skills, strong business
knowledge, a desire to problem solve and support projects.

•                     Analysts must be able to work diligently, both
independently and as part of teams.

•                     They should experience in analysis, customer
experience, project management and collaboration and be comfortable working
in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple partners and
stakeholders.


* Job Responsibilities*

•                     Conducting internal research on processes and
practices, including interviewing internal stakeholders and partners,
collecting internal materials and gathering and documenting stakeholder
insights

•                     Analyzing existing processes and materials, including
reviewing, organizing and summarizing disparate materials

•                     Working with project team and stakeholders to create
strong first drafts and revisions to project deliverables (e.g., reports,
presentations, journey maps, meeting materials, agendas)

•                     Attending and helping to facilitate project meetings,
including discussing analysis, taking notes on stakeholder input and next
steps, then organizing them into a useful set of key ideas and actions
after the meeting

•                     Driving meeting follow-up

•                     Contributing to deliverables and review the work of
others for quality and accuracy

•                     Assisting in project management, including planning
and scoping project deliverables


* Required experience*

•                     5 or more years of consulting and/or financial
services industry experience

•                     Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
with experience exercising mature judgement, including:

·                      Ability to research, gather, organize and analyze
data effectively

·                      Ability to apply critical thinking and analytical
expertise  to a wide variety of complex problems and issues

•                     Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills,
including:

·                      Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative
team environment with diverse, cross–functional teams

·                      Ability to work independently, prioritize and handle
multiple tasks simultaneously and be self-motivated and results-focused

·                      Ability to work with multiple partners and
stakeholders at all levels of the organization to obtain and organize
information

•                     Excellent oral and written communication skills

•                     Experience with Microsoft Office, including creating
accurate spreadsheets in Excel and presentations in PowerPoint

•                     Experience with project management, including
breaking down projects into individual tasks and sizing efforts


* Preferred experience*

•                     Experience with customer experience design, process
design, knowledge management, or change management in a business
environment preferred

•                     Experience with Microsoft Project or similar timeline
and project plan creation and tracking

•                     Experience with Microsoft SharePoint

•                     Experience with process or customer experience
mapping software
