*Job Description*

·         Liaison between the  Finance and Accounting for Billing business
team and various functions of the IT Team. The successful candidate will be
adept at applying skills in analyzing business processes and write system
process specifications to be used.  Work with clients to determine their
business needs to transform them into system requirements



*Job Responsibilities*

·         Analyzes current systems/requirements and develops strategies for
systems development.

·         Works closely with the project manager to define projects, effort
and staff requirements.

·         Works closely with business partners to define business
requirements and writes functional specifications to be leveraged by
developers to build technical specifications.

·         *Healthcare or Insurance experience key and need to be familiar
with business problem area.*

·         *The analyst will also be responsible for working closely with
Developer, QA and the business to develop testing plans and test cases.*

·         They are also involved in the development of both workflow and
systems procedures to be handed off to the operations staff.

·         The analyst must have strong project and time management skills
as well as experience with operations/production support.

·         In addition to analyzing existing systems and requirements able
to work closely with business resources to identify solution options,
clearly articulate pros and cons of options and develops recommendations
for solution designs.

·         Deep knowledge of business workflow processes and able to model
process changes.

·         Deep knowledge of application data and be able to guide data
design options.
