This position is responsible for providing solutions to improve processes,
or solve complex technical issues. Strong skills are required on Windows
Servers, VMWare. A key role in ensuring new technologies are selected and
implemented in a timely manner.



*JOB DESCRIPTION (DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES):-*

·         Provide technical support / administration for a Windows, VMWare,
and Linux environment

·         Determine requirements, plan, and implement major product
upgrades on both hardware and software. Design presentations to management
concerning technical issues and upgrades

·         Support monitoring systems that span the server infrastructure

·         Provide Systems Maintenance request and test plans for cross
platform projects. This includes making recommendations for standards

·         Quickly spot trends and accurately predict future requirements on
assigned platform



*BASIC REQUIREMENTS:-*

·         Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science,
Business or equivalent relevant experience

·         3-7 years of experience in supporting and designing Enterprise
Microsoft Windows Server environments

·         3+ years in VMWare supporting and designing Enterprise
environments

·         Strong Active Directory skills in troubleshooting and
configuration

·         Strong disaster recovers skills on Active Directory, Windows
Servers, VMWare

·         Highly motivated, self-starter, customer-centric, and the ability
to work without supervision

·         Demonstrates flexibility in responding to unexpected demands.
Contributes willingly during emergencies and other necessary situations
during and/or after regular work hours. This position requires night and
weekend work along with on-call

·         Excellent oral and written communication skills
