*Position Title: **Performance Engineer*

*Location: **Mountain View, CA*

*Duration: **6 Months with Possible extension*



*Job Description:-*

   - B. Tech/M. Tech/MCA with Minimum 8 years of experience, in performance
   engineering.
   - *In depth knowledge of Performance engineering concepts, including
   scripting, load testing and test results analysis.*
   - *Generating virtual load on the large-scale products using tools like
   JMeter or LoadRunner. *
   - *Tuning the configuration parameters of Tomcat, and Apache Web
   servers. *
   - Experience with Cassandra or other similar nosql databases.
   - *Experience with Splunk, for creating dashboards.*
   - *Coding in Java/ J2EE program languages to design and implement
   performance engineering automation tools.*
   - *Knowledge of Profiling the application servers using Dynatrace or App
   Dynamics to identify application, system bottlenecks.*
   - Knowledge of shell scripting for performance automation
   - Knowledge of Chef Deployments.
   - Knowledge for Oracle and MySql query language.

Providing technical assistance to improve system performance, scalability,
capacity and reliability
