*Digital Program Manager (UI/UX)**.  Must have UX background…*

This individual will lead transformative Programs/Projects and will be
responsible for the program strategy, governance, communications, projects,
schedule, resource management, budget, and program outcomes. They will
guide and oversee the work of project managers assigned to their program.
They will enjoy working in the fast paced and challenging environment of
digital, as they roll out innovative solutions to their assigned clients.

Required qualifications/skills:

·        Solid experience managing programs/projects

·        Ability to communicate with ‘C’ level executives

·        Ability to develop deep client relationships and grow accounts

·        Experience managing programs that included multiple work streams
and inter-project dependencies

·        Proven ability to coach/mentor junior project managers on best
project management practices

·        Expert in contract management and contract negotiations

·        Demonstrated ability to manage program budgets in excess of $5Mper
year

·        Strong written skills

·        Proficient in multiple SDLC methodologies (waterfall, Agile,
Hybrid Agile)

·        Proficient in project management tools such as MS Project, Project
Server, Jira, and Rally

·        Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree

·        Desired PMP Certified

·        Open to Travel
