*Minimum Qualifications*

All proposed agile team members must have:

1. at least twenty-four (24) months of Java development experience on two
(2) or more agile projects.

2. at least twenty-four (24) months Oracle database experience.

3. Dev Ops experience

3. at least twenty-four (24) months of demonstrated experience with HP
Unified Functional Test (UFT) (or equivalent) and with HP Application
Lifecycle Management (ALM) (or equivalent).



*Preferred Qualifications*

1. thirty-six (36) months of demonstrated experience with HP Unified
Functional Test (UFT) (or equivalent) and with HP Application Lifecycle
Management (ALM) (or equivalent).

2. Experience on an IT project with a minimum of one (1) federal, state, or
local government project with at least twelve (12) months duration

3. Previous experience on a State Workforce Development project.
