for a contract with one of our client. Below is the brief description about
the role.



*Job Title          : Oracle Database Administrator (12C)*

*Location           : Chicago,   Illinois*

*Term                : Long Term*

*Experience       : 6-8*



*Job Description:*

• Responsible for successful on-time delivery of assigned tasks/project
work deliverables on Oracle DB• Responsible for compliance to defined
Software Lifecycle processes for the assigned work • Regular Status
reporting for the projects assigned on a periodic basis• Coordinate with
Chicago team to complete the project on time.

Essential Skills: • possess mainstream skills of Oracle DBA and relies on
extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.• should
have understanding of database designs, data access and security, backup,
restore and recovery, database upgrade and migrations. Resolve problems
associated with those. •experience with Oracle 10, 11g and 12c. Experience
with OEM, DB environments on Unix, and with a variety of the fields
concepts, best practices, and procedures• Have experience working in
regulated GxP environment • Should be able to work independently and within
the team of DBAs following instructions of others. Should have good
communication skills to work with the project participants verbally and in
writing. • Willing to work on weekends for production upgrades, on the same
shift with Chicago team for initial onboarding and then partially
overlapping with Chicago team for ongoing project

*Desired Skills: - Healthcare environment and evolving landscape-
Experience on working with Larger teams and data center - Planning and
organizing skills Experience in DB modernization projects*
